RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
Products come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’d like to return your product, please contact us at sales@maximistspraytan.com to receive a RMA # and directions on how to send back your product for a refund. Please put RETURNS and your order # in the subject line. Items cannot be returned without approval from Maximist, and an issued RMA#.

A restock fee may be accessed from15- 25% to 100%, depending on item returned, return condition, specific situation etc.

Returns and services are approved on a case by case basis. Abuse of the returns or service policy, may prevent returns and or service authorization.

All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you paid with. Shipping and Handling are not eligible for a credit or refund.

The shipping cost to return your product is the responsibility of the customer; any returned items that are not received by Maximist will not be issued a refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BY UPS USPS POSTAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Please provide a copy of your original invoice in your return, along with your RMA information to process your return.

Items must be received within 14 days of the return creation. No exceptions. Items must be received in new, undamaged, condition.

Non approved returns or Items missing paperwork, receipts or RMA information will not be refunded. No exceptions.

Defective Product –
Please send us an email within 48 hours to sales@maximistspraytan.com and note DEFECT in the subject line for instructions.

What’s your exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges.

When can I expect my refund?
We will process your refund 5-7 business days after we receive your returned product marked with your RMA#. You will receive an email confirming the refund to your account. Maximist is not responsible for the processing time your bank or credit card takes to credit funds to your account; this process can take up to 10 business days.
